Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pick a Gift, a mobile app that helps users discover gift ideas, organize saved products, and receive AI-assisted recommendations. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You may need an account to use parts of the app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use online services in your location and must not be prohibited from using the app under applicable law. Pick a Gift is not directed to children under 13.

Recommendations

Pick a Gift provides gift suggestions based on information you provide and information available from product or merchant sources. Recommendations may be generated with AI and may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific recipient. You are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing or gifting anything.

External merchants and purchases

The app may link to third-party merchants, marketplaces, or product pages. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their listings, prices, availability, shipping, returns, warranties, payment processing, or customer support. Purchases happen outside Pick a Gift.

User content and saved items

You may save products, create collections, or add product pins. You are responsible for the information you add and for making sure you have the right to use or store it. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass app security.
• Upload or save content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
• Use automated scraping or extraction against the app unless we have given written permission.

Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or create legal or security concerns.

No warranty

Pick a Gift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free recommendations, product availability, merchant accuracy, or that a recommendation will satisfy any recipient.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pick a Gift and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to third-party merchants, products, purchases, or recommendations.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
